Captain America ww2 dupe sig level 20
And he is not at all performing perfect block
He is taking soo much of damage while blocking. Is that a nerf or just a glitch.

    Also the Buffs have to be active. Passive buffs are not counting

    Have that issues on Act 5.2.4 on the left path versus Punisher. He has 3 Buffs but Cap is still taking damage while blocking. So the reason is either a bug or the buffs are passive and Caps Sig is not working vs passive buffs.

    Sometimes he working like before and some time he is taking lots of damage while block
    It its a glitch they need to fix asap

    Are you counting his armour counters as buffs? Punisher has four Physical resistance counters that are passive.

    He works best if your block prof is maxed in masteries.

    Same here and He hasn't been activating stun for me like he should something around a quarter as often as he was.
