**Mastery Loadouts**

Options

Champion Buffs, as opposed to full reworks.

I think Kabam can do some slight buffs to improve some champions, as opposed to full reworks like the recent She-Hulk and Spider Gwen. The reworks should keep coming for trash tier champs. But I think Kabam should do some more simple buffs to improve lower-mid level champs.

My suggestions:
Magneto - put possible 2nd bleed back on his SP1, make bleed on SP2 100%, lower attack rating by 50% when Magnatize is active. Also, scale up his sig to get down to 5% at full sig.

Ant Man - put Fatige back on all basic attacks. Make Poison do double the current damage. Also, all Fatige should have a 2nd effect of 5% chance to make Evade fail. (This would help OG Cap as well, but his % should be more like 50%)

Iron Fist - give Armor Shatter when 6 Armor Breaks are stacked. When opponent is Armor shattered have Weakness proc when he would cause an Armor Break.

Electra - cause Armor Break even if another ability or node (not just Native) caused bleed immunity.

Loki - just a simple attack increase, maybe by 10%

X23 - remove the 5 bleed cap (plenty of champs now have insane Bleed). Gain cruelty even if another ability or node (not just Native) caused bleed immunity.

Civil Warrior - raise his Block Proficincy and Perfect Block up to the same level as other Caps.

Karnak - increase SP1 damage by 300% to bring it in line with regular SP1s and double the True Strike time.

Psylocke - EITHER give her regular power gain (not -25%) OR take away giving the opponent 5% power when a charge is lost. Not both.

Thor Rags - give opponent minus 5% power gain for each Shock debuff.

This is a quick list I came up with while thinking about it for a few weeks. Any suggestions you want to add, please post. Hopefully Kabam will notice.

    Yeah, they recently gave Thor, Electro, Storm and others cool Interactions with shocks, those little things matter to.

    Colossus: increase the chance of Armor Up with WTB to like 60%. Give his sp some kind of debuff, concussion, daze, petrify or regular stun. Increase damage per debuff like Luke Cage. Make him shock and incinerate immune.

    Civil Warrior: remove the need to block of his sig. The light attack combo ender could power drain.

    Ghost Rider, Dormammu: old but gold, make them incinerate and cold immune. Dito with Iceman.

    KK: make her heavy attack fury gain the same as Mordo.

    Ms/Cap Marvel: give the SP2 also true damage and guaranteed crit.

    Red Hulk: when overheated, give all attacks a chance to incinerate. Make his sig decrease all energy DoT damage. Make him Coldsnap and Frostbite immune when he has heat charges.

    IMIW: apply the duration of the shock debuff to the plasma charges.

    (S)IM, IP: make shock debuffs heal instead of damage + increase crit rating.

    BP: increase damage by 10% per stack of bleed, instead of current 5% regardless how many bleeds. Make lacerate sig to increase the duration of the next bleed by 10% per bleed.

    BPCW: give his regular attacks a chance to bleed.

    Taskmaster: make photographic reflexes into concussion debuffs. Raise the cap of concussion to 2 x 5.

    Mephisto: make whip attacks no contact and deal energy damage and add a shatter effect on the sp3.

    Magik: make Limbo incinerate damage.

    MODOK: make a visual for the flux. Add a power drain on his combo ender. Make the effect of the SP1 into a petrify debuff.

    Gamora: remove the damage cap on her specs. Make crits of basis attacks inflict bleeds.

    Magneto: add metal tag to all skill champions using guns or blades so they can be magnetized. Add a glance effect for projectiles to his sig.

    Storm: give her regular attacks a chance to shock and decrease crit resistance of shocked opponents.

    Hulk: make nullify or fate seal effects convert fury buffs into fury passives.

    Sabretooth: a thick hide has some physical resistance and decreases chance to bleed.

    Archangel: expand the current resilience against tenacity to all abilities that shrug off debuffs.

    BW: give her sp3 a shock debuff.

    MS: souls are acquired when the opponent is KO. Add a shatter effect on the sp3.

    DR: reverse a portion of the 12.0 nerf.

    Abomination: make the sig apply poison when attacking.

    Wolverine: make bleeds trigger stackable regen.

    Guillotine: add guaranteed crit on SP1 and the gain of two souls. Make phantasm reverse the effects of not only healing, but also power gain, increase in damage and decrease in damage.

    Skill champions: more skill domination synergies.

    Cosmic champions: more cosmic supremacy synergies.

    Other classes: make similar class-only synergies like mutant advancement and the two above for tech, science and mystic champions.
