When will the changes to these two champions be finalized and be rolled out to all users

The beta is running through the end of the month, and it's expected Kabam will need at least a couple weeks to review the data and determine the extent of the changes to be made.

Mid-March at the earliest if not beginning of April.

It's not still running. It only ran for four days.

Betas been done for days, as for the changes most likely the next update. Not sure where you got your information from or if you were messing with them I really don't care
