Spidergwen slow

When you place spidergwen slow debuff it doesn’t display the red text under their name like when other Debuffs are placed

It does when you fight a champ with unstoppable. ws in rol it won't appear as he's skill

Yeah I know about ROL, I tried it against Hyperion on uc EQ, it applies the slow debuff like I said but no text appeared.
