5 fights in a row opponent has gotten max power without Punisher's sig ability kicking in and reducing power and power locking. Happened this morning too. Thought it was a random thing, but 5 fights in a row? His sig ability is 40. Using IPhone 7 plus and iPad Pro, both 10.3.3. Anyone else having issues?
