4* or 5*

i have the choice to either max out a
duped ultron
duped vision
or unduped 5* punisher 2099 to rank three

they all have there own usefullness but i cant decide. who'd be better to have with my rating consisting of 250k?

Do you need to max one of those out or can you wait for a better champ? I'd probably suggest you wait for a better champ but are you missing anything in AQ, AW or general questing? If you're convinced to rank one of those three options, I'd go with Vision, he doesn't hit hard but got to love the power drain/power steal plus double immunities.

Ultron also isn't a hard hitter, but double immune and double regen so good for AQ etc.

Vision more useful in specialty content where power control a premium, Ultron better for general questing and AQ, Pun OK on defense and has a unique ability to heal block active regen buffs. If you don't have a lot of 5* and aren't well into Act V I might do Ultron
