SW Not Regenerating in AQ

Anyone else using maxed out (5/50 lvl 99) 4* SW in AQ and noticing that she does not proc regeneration at all. I've been using her for the past 4 AQ's and might have seen her regen twice. When I use her in Quests I see it proc more often but in AQ it's a rarity.

    That is what Challenger Rating does.

    She's mainly on my AW team, and typically when she does proc the heal its near the start of the fight when I'm already at full health. I just assume its bad luck and obviously lower % chance than it used to be. Fury and Precision tend to proc the most often for me, which I'm not disappointed about at all.

    In general she doesn't seem to proc for most people, since 12.0 I barely get any procs for her in general which is why I don't use her much anymore
