Without a doubt lad. Sentinel is just such a tanky champ with so much utility. Once you build up those analyst charges, the fight is over.

Sentinel is better for attack and defense but Ultron is pretty decent defender and a decent attacker against champs who can bleed

Ultron shines against energy-based attackers. Unblockable Havok? Bleed transferring Mr. Sinister? Ultron laughed and crushed them. However, he needs to cauterize those bleeds to get real damage. He has no way to break armor or to heal block as so many other tech champions. And then Sentinel enters the room and kicks Ultron to the junk yard.
