Is Kabam going to add Skrulls?

What do you guys think? I think, if they were to add, it would be Talos because one, he was the main villain in Captain Marvel, and two, he is the only Skrull that cannot shapeshift. I personally think it will be like the Sentinels, where it seems like they will just be a side character but then they get added.
