AI shrugs off stun earlier

i constantly experiencing AI breaks out of parry/stun earlier than its normal time when i wnt to use special attack after stun incase AI will block, but now AI just shrugs stun and hits me immediately.
This happens at every aspects and levels of the game.
is it working as intended or bug? am i missing something?
