Stark Spidey( awakened) bug/nerf

I know stark spidey(awakened) loses his crit rating if he falls below 50% health but now i noticed that he is losing additional 2 sec taunt duration when below 50 % health. Is this a bug/same as before/ a nerf.
Can someone double check and confirm?

    Always was part of the same awakened ability.
