Video of Karnak hitting SG with True-Strike:
https://youtu.be/53En_9y_7Js

From her abilities:

"Spider-Sense

Spider-Gwen begins each fight with 1 charge of Spider-Sense active. Each charge grants +182 Attack Rating and a 7% chance to Evade all incoming attacks. Max: 5 charges.
If fighting a Champion of the Superior Class, begin the fight with an additional 3 Spider-Sense charges.
When struck 5 times, gain 1 Spider-Sense charge.
100% chance when struck by an opponent with a True Strike Buff to Nullify that Buff and gain a Spider-Sense charge."

But you can clearly see in the video, not only does she fail to Nullify TS the first time she is hit, with the 2nd TS, she doesn't even Nullify it when it procs.

karnak and killlmonger's true strikes are passives and spider-gwen will not nullify them. Spidergwen nullifying true strike buffs was specifically made to counter corvus glaive.

    And possibly heimdall.

Like the previous poster explained, it needs to be a buff in order to be nullified.
This also interacts with mistic ward nodes and stuff, making it harder to nullify that buff
