Act 6 4* Ban - RDT to get back resources used

If 4*’s are now becoming worthless, should be be able to get RDT to be able to reuse mats and resources for 5* Ranking up.

Knew this would pop up at some point. Right now Act 6 is the only content you can't use 4*'s. But hey go ahead and rank them down but don't come crying back to the forums when you need a 4* for UC because you don't have a 5* version.

We do not have plans of bringing back Rank Down Tickets at this time. We will be closing this thread as this topic has been addressed prior.
