Weakness from resonate mastery ...is not stacking..
The mastery says: maximum damage reduction upto 36 %
I have 1 point in resonate, it says 16% chance to weaken opponent by 7% damage..
but if weakness debuff can't stack then how can I reach to maximum reduction..
I am saying that because .. in the place of stacking, weakness debuff converting into new debuff like wolvie x23 regen buff..
I hope Kabam will understand what I am saying about..
