Story Quest rewards buff

I just recently started a Free To Play and completed Act 1. When the new improved rewards went live, I noticed I never got what I was supposed to for completing Act 1.
I did not receive this. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, same for me. I started playing in December and I've fully explored Acts 1, 2 and 3 in the last two months. I haven't received jack squat in retroactive compensation yet.

I explored act 1, 3 and 4 and only got act 3 exploration rewards..

Update - I got all the rewards today for act 1, 2 and 3.

Lots of stuff all at once, but in the end I only pulled a single 4* from 12 premium hero crystals and the rest were all 2*.

All 3 of my cinematic crystals pulled 2* as well.

They were all dupes so my SA score has gone nuts, that's something. I guess.
