Has anyone bought the wrong cavalier crystals due to the misleading CAVALIER label? I lost 3000 units because of it...

There's not enough info here, so I want to see if I've got this straight. You spent 3000 units, presumably on the Crystal labeled "Grandmaster Crystal" because of the label reading "Cavalier" above it which indicates a discount. To be clear, this banner has been above the Premium Hero Crystals since they started discounting the crystals based on player progression.

What you intended to buy where the crystals marked "Cavalier Crystals" directly below the Grandmaster Crystals. Is that correct?

If so, don't open the Grandmaster Crystals. If you leave them unopened, send a ticket to support and they should be able to reverse the transaction.

Unfortunately, if you opened them, you're likely out of luck. Good luck!
