Catalyst fragments from my main account visible on my second account

So I started a new account a week ago and just noticed I've almost got enough fragments for a tier 5 basic, and three of the tier 4 class catalysts. Thought this was very odd as I'd only done the normal difficulty of the event quest and had no way of obtaining those fragments. Switched to my main account (I play both accounts on the same device) and realised the fragment values I was seeing on my second account were the same as those on my main account. Why is this happening? I'm worried I might form a catalyst on my second account and lose the fragments I've grinded for on my main account. Hope this makes sense, and thanks for any help

    Had this happen to me as well, but they disappeared from my secondary one just recently so I guess they fixed it
