Intel total different from alliance members

Hi there, a few of my alliance members have 3960 intel after today’s calendar, but most of us have 3915. We all have logged in every day since the event, and have completed all 5 difficulties 100% through Week 3. Why do some people have an extra 45 intel? Something I’m missing here?

Some people's calendars started a day early, so they would have already had day three of the third week, or an extra 45 intel.
