Who should I rank up next? (March 2019)

So I recently took my duped 4* corvus up to r5, and am slowly getting him to level 50. But I'm already wanting to think about my next rank up. Recently completed RoL and I want to complete the second half of Act 5 next, followed by exploring it. So who do you think would be my best rank up choice, and why? Seriously, I would love to hear reasons, cause it's not exactly a small decision...

I'll take all 3 of these guys up to 4/55 eventually, just looking to see which one I should take up first.

Take unduped Winter Soldier up to 4/55 despite only having a 4* killmonger, and hope for a 5* killmonger soon

    Take unduped Spider-Gwen up to 4/55
    Spidergwen is one of the few champions that can deal with almost every type of unstoppable that kabam throws at us, so she’s probably going to help the most with future eq and maybe act 5 and 6 (I’m nit entirely sure how much unstoppable is there)
