Which champ to rank up next?

My main focus right now is to finish completing Act 5. I already have my set champs I bring in for AQ and quests so this is mainly to see who else I can bring to help out with 5.3 and 5.4. I know 4* aren’t allowed in Act 6 but I’ve got a long way to go before that. Any tips are much appreciated 😁 thanks!
