I need to upgrade my team and am in need of advice!

I want to start being able to challenge the master ranked quests with ease

My current team is (all max level for their rank) -

4* Magik rank 4 (duped)
4* Iron man IF rank 4
4* X23 rank 4
4* proxima midnight rank 3 (duped)
4*Masacre rank 4

This will be the first 5* I rank up

So I’m debating on whether it’s worth upgrading my 5* rank 1 Masacre to rank 2. I already have a 4* one and I don’t know if it’s worth what little resources I have when I could just upgrade my 5* green goblin to rank 2. But then again I really like iron man IF as my tech champ.

I have one more 5* which is beast but....

I also want to upgrade my 4* iceman to rank 4 but X23 already does the job really well.

I don’t want to push forward with proxima because I’m waiting to pull a Hyperion out of a 4* Crystal (it’s coming soon I can feel it)

And I have been having really bad luck getting 4* science champs - out of 35 4* champs i have 3 science: yellow jacket, captain America (classic) and spider-Gwen

I’m in quite the dilemma so anything would be appreciated..

    Some advise.
    1 dont worry about classes so much as at the end of the day it wont make a big difference to have 2 of one class.

    Id suggest either rank up massacre (he can do a ton of damage once you get his bat ignited and start stacking incerates)

    Or rank Iceman as having a triple immune champ who can also deal with evaders is super valuable

    If they are 5*s that help you progress yes. Since your a long way from act 6 your 4*s will still help you a ton.
    Magik, x23 and Iceman would be my personal preference of focus to rank 5 if you can.

    Magik can power control
    X23 regen will save you resources and Iceman has his utilities
