I got the same thing however the 5* crystal isnt appearing in my crystals.

Go to the Shard Crystal Tab

It was great. Got a Hela though, so just meh for the crystals. Still a free 5* so I can’t really complain.

Technically they never made a separate Full "5 Star Crystal" option in the Crystals Tab, so it just goes to the Shard Crystal Tab.

Give your game a restart. We've created different packages for different progression levels, so not everybody will have the same Package, but all Summoners should have something coming their way.

Close and restart. Uncollected / Cavalier get the 5* email.

Others get the 4* email
