Black bolt question

In black bolt's description it states he has a chance to gain a fury or cruelty buff when hitting or being hit by a critical hit. It doesn't state what the chance is though, anyone have any info? I think he could have potential with the medusa synergy and would like to know the chances of getting a buff

    I honestly don't know what the chance is but Brian Grant has a video or two on BB 6* I believe. For longer fights he can really ramp up some damage.

    Black bolt is hot garbage....imo the most disappointing champ in the game.

    He’s sort of like SL with the Medusa synergy, just 100x slower and poison immune. At least that what it seems like
