Level up event?

Hi,

Is there any problem with level up event?...
There has been at least a week that it doesn't show up.

    It's on a randomizer. It'll come around sometime. What it does is remove the previous one that ran and choose between the remaining ones. It's happened before. Not to worry.

    Could be. It's just I don't remember such a big gap between events. I guess we' ll have to wait...

    It's random. It can take days, weeks, years to appear again.
    You just need to wait. There was a time when it didn't showed up for 2 weeks, and every single day there was around 3-5 threads for it

    Yeah, I posted the same query. This is ridiculous. Ive been waiting to level and rank champs. But I absolutely know that if I go ahead and rank/level up my champs anyway, Level up will begin shortly after. It is just how my luck works.
