    Personally I’d say rank 2 since the power drain is pretty useful

    Yes, up to R3.
    Depends on your other high-ranking characters. If you've got the likes of a high-ranked Magik, Vision, or even Sparky (thanks to Taunt) you might decide you don't need him.

    But he does brilliant power control and respectable bleed damage; and doesn't need Awakened. If I had him, he'd be R3 for sure, and probably further.
