When you say "retired", does that mean that you don't log in at all and won't help with other alliance events like those 3-day ones, Summoner Advancement, etc.?

If you can still log in couple times per day, would you be interested in helping out our sister alliance in AQ even if you log in for about 15 minutes each time or so, to help kill the boss, help move the BG forward? I'm always not sure what "retired" means because it varies from players to players. For those players that I know, it means that there is a huge continuous chunk of the day (8 - 12 hours) that they won't log in due to work or other real life responsibilities but they will log in after work or before bed, to play some time and help. I just want to be clear.
