Arena broken in new update?

I play on IPhone 7. Lagging horribly scrolling through champs and much longer load screens.
First time in 4 months I’ve lagged in this phone anyone else having problems?

I'm having different problems with Arenas after the update. I'm not able to bait out any specials, this wasn't a problem before the update. Now they just won't throw any specials except the 3rd.
