Venom the duck bug

My 5 star rank 4 venom the duck is hitting like a 3 star champ,can't do over 600 damage, proff Hoff and others tested and said yes it was indeed a bug.

    Doing low damage doesn't mean its bug.
    How are you sure he is doing less damage than what he should?
