What level champions to reach 5.2.6

I have recently completed Act 4 and want to reach uncollected level as quickly as possible. However I am lacking in 5*s. What level champions do you recommend to take in? I have a number of 4/40 4*s (all good champs) and 2 r2 mediocre 5*s. Should I wait for more 5*s? Or is it possible to do with 4*s? Any advice much appreciated.

Good 5/50 or even 4/40 4stars are enough for 5.2.6. This is 2 years old content and when it released most people cleared it with 4stars, because aquiring 5star champions was much harder back then so god tier 5stars were rare, and rank5 4stars have only 10% lower stats than rank3 5stars, so god tier 4stars will be always better than mediocre 5stars
