Is it possible to get ultimate spider verse crystals?

Hi everyone. So lately I discovered you can get an Ultimate Spider verse Crystal(I know I'm late lol), but I haven't got anything? I have played those missions countless times but I only got lots of the same lame titles I've already got. So ****. So is it actually possible to get those crystals? I have explored all of those missions lots of times but didn't receive ****.

    I played almost every quest and got nothing too. Only a few titles ...
