My Social chat glitch

I need help with this glitch, whenever I send a text to my friend it doesn't send until later and then i have sign out of my account and go back in. I need help with it. Would ne helpful for me. Thank You, Have a great day!

So again, i don't see my friend's chat unless i sign out of my account and go back in it

Whoever i talk to there, it doesn't show the res icon on the top right of the green arrow. Kabam, please fix this. Thanks!
