The Help system is pretty awful and everyone is hurting for Loyalty, so my simple solution to fix both issues is to allow players to infinitely farm Loyalty by hitting Help.
Once a player hit the 1000 Daily Loyalty limit, each additional Help would grant 1 Loyalty. This would give players an incentive to actually hit help and allow those who are willing to grind out arena to gain Loyalty.
More people playing the game and helping each other is good for Kabam so it's a win-win.
