    OR is something else entirely, for me he is the best in the game atm.
    Have OR at r5, and going to waste shards on the featured to try and awaken Havok, but would still choose OR every time.

    Omega red needs to be duped, high sig level and is at his best with suicide mastery.

    Havoc, doesn’t need to be duped, and is Sp3 when played correctly will decimate opponents.
