You need to provide waaayyyy more than what you said. How are they supposed to do anything with what you just said. Give them more info-
1. Device
2. OS
3. Champ used
4. Defender
5. Game mode (story, aw, etc...)
6. Nodes (if any)
Give them something to work with.
