5* Duped Carnage or 5* Unduped Archangel to R4?

I'm not really sure if Carnage is r4 material, but he is really good. Archangel is undupped, but eventually I'll dupe him.

I also have unduped 5* Medusa at r3 and just got 5* Venon (still at r1 and unduped)... Will any of these be a better choice?

I alread have r5 duped Domino, and r4 duped Magik and Hyperion, and r4 unduped Mephisto and Stark Spider.

    I also have 6* unduped R1 Ghost and Void, so I would not wait for these as 5*.
