Void seems to be Bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
Void seems to be bugged.... he is not doing the degen damage proportional to no.of debuffs....
If we place 2 debuffs off same type then it is being regarded as only one
Anyone else notice this.....

    Yes, that's how it should be.
    His ability works on every unique debuff the opponent has. Multiple debuffs of the same won't give him additional damage
