Medusa vs Spiderman OG bug in UC

My Medusa 5* is R5 sig 200 and on UC event (ch 2 board 2) on the aggressive/invade node against Spiederman classic she did one hit and then was STUCK in a heavy. Luckily the first time the heavy finally went and missed everything. The second hit spidey with the last hit as he rushed in and the final one I got KO'd. Might have been more but Spidey KO'd her on the third one while she was stuck mid heavy. Please fix asap.
