Guillotine/Gamora synergy not accurate

Guillotine synergy with Gamora is supposed to be a 50% chance to gain a soul charge when hitting a bleeding target. Unless I'm missing something I'm not getting anywhere near 50%. Went through a good 20-30 hits on a bleeding target and gained maybe 1 charge? Got maybe 20-25 charges total with over 220 hits on ROL WS, and I'd say the majority were while he was bleeding. Anyone else experiencing this? I have video, but won't let me upload here, can't upload mp4 I guess..

    Ah, I just reread the synergy. I thought it was referring to the charges expiring in 10 seconds.., but I get what it's saying now. Thanks
