Red Hulk SP2/Regen Suggestion

I feel that Rulk's Sp2 healing ability is laughable and the amount isn't even noticeable. My Rulk is 4* rank 4 and heals him 632.4 points. I have Recovery mastery maxed out, increasing that to 728 health.

SP2 states "Expends 2 Heat Charge(s) to Regenerate X Health". My X is 632.4

What if we simply change that to "Regenerates X Health *per* 2 Heat Charges expended."

Thoughts?

I mean with the Domino synergy, it’s 7% regen for 1 heat charge

True, but only having Domino as a 3* version doesn't make that extra 2% particularly appealing haha

It only occurred to me because of how much I've been using him to fight Human Torch 😄
