Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

Thanks for keeping us up to date on Known Issues in 22.1.1. But FYI, those update posts you have refer to it as 21.1.1 instead (probably typo the 1st time, that carried forward to 2nd update too).
I only bring it up because then other people are wrongly referring to it as 21.1.1 as well when they post questions about other potential bugs, etc.
