New Mastery perks to help incinerate, poison and shock abilities

I've noticed that the current Mastery setups favor bleed champs in regards to bonuses in damage and length of the debuff. It would be nice to see new setups that would increase other damage types like incinerate, poison & shock allowing new builds and play-styles.
