Omega Red or Emma Frost to 5* R4?

Got a 3-4 Mutant gem from variant, both unduped and I know OR needs to be awakened to be really good but the rank up is mainly for the purpose of beating 6.1 Crossbones - who would be better?

If he was Duped, I'd say OR, but Emma is still quite useful Unduped.

I would normally vote Emma but you specifically mentioned the crossbones, Emma can’t do that fight due to the power struggle node but Omega is arguably the best
