Is this meant to happen? (Missing 5.3 tech key)

As you can see, im on my last run of 5.3.3, and i need a tech key to finish it, but the path im doing has a skill key... I dont know if i should send a ticket, or if this is meant to happen and I need to do another run to get the right key? This didnt happen in the last two that I explored, so I’m a little confused.

    Ther is tech key in offer champer so u need to cler like 5.3.4 fx

    You find it in another chapter. 5.3 you have to bounce around to find all the keys to complete
