Just play slowly, do not too aggressive so that thing would not evade and intercept your combo... The real counter is the true strike champs, unfortunately the XL champs that has true strike buff only Venom (below 20% health). Another best option like what i used to, Quaking style (stun immune style heavy dex). Alternatively, spam hype sp is also work. Just wait until his power enough for you to do a special. Juggernaut with his avantage node is also work with slow play style..
