I got doctor octopus from a four star and red skull from a five star. Are either of them good?

    Doc Ock is pretty darn good, but not super high, Red Skull is ight.

    Best part is RS has power drain when they hit his block so virtually your Opponents would have 0 to 1 power lol

    Red skull: He's viable but outclassed by vision
