Roster rankup suggestions

Hey summoners
Can anyone give me tips on what to do with my roster right now. I just completed 4.1 and I'm looking just for general progression.
I don't do a ton of ally stuff but my aq is blade aa and ghost
Aw is the same
Questing is those three and Medusa and Thor Jane foster
Who should I rank up next and what should I do for progression

Focus on upgrading Blade, Archangel, Doc. Octopus, Medusa and Venom the Duck. Ghost only if / when you get really good at using her. Angela is another solid option as well, Yondu is very useful at certain tasks.

You can push forward to 4.2. If you find the material is getting diffucult, return to 4.1 for 100% exploring. Keep also hitting arena daily, at least for the 2-3 first milestones and start doing as much of monthly EQ, to as hard diffuculty level as possible.
