Missing Bounty Mission even after I've found it

My team was in the monthly event quest when I noticed there was no active Bounty Mission from the homepage.
So, I went to the crystal tab, bought one, and opened one.
I found the Bounty Mission but it's gone now. Even after restarting the game several times, the Bounty is still missing.
