Tier 5, easy map and 0 war rating for win?

Just noticed our next war awards 0 rating for a win, and uses the easy map for Tier 5?
Not sure what’s going on here.

Your tier/multiplier is based on your war rating. However, you're fighting on your opponent's map. They are likely in tier 12 or below. Not many alliances are playing on 1 bg.

Must be matched against a newly formed alliance of strong people, with little or no War Rating. They probably get a huge jump in WR if they win, while you only stand to lose ground if you lose.
