I pulled him as a 5*. Is he still relevant compared to other skill champs?

    Not really. The evade AAR is nice sometimes, and the shrugging off debuffs, but he doesn’t have much utility and has pretty low damage output

    Upgrade him for defense. I wouldn't really use him for attack or anything else other than arena.
