accidentally bought a five star crystal.

So today I was going and clearing out my crystals when I accidentally bought a five star crystal and I would like it refunded back into shards. photos will be attached below.

If you haven't opened the crystal yet, don't. Open a ticket with support. I've heard that if you did not open the crystal, they can and have in the past reversed the purchase back into shards. No harm no foul. But once you open that crystal, its over. You're now asking for a refund knowing what the crystal contained, and they won't do that no matter what your excuse is.

Why are wanting a refund for the shards? If you were waiting for Thing, he gets added tomorrow.
